Contract Specialist

The role:

This position is responsible for assisting in the contracting process with customers and vendors. This includes reviewing requests, creating drafts, tracking the progress of contracts and other related documents, filing and archiving documents.

• Review, draft track Confidentiality Agreements, Homecare/ Nursing Agency contracts and amendments including maintain files and distribute internal copies as appropriate
• Obtain all required documentation in the contracting process (insurance certificates, W-9, SOP's, business licenses, accreditation information, etc.)
• Customer communication (internal and external)
• Create and maintain internal files including CRM
• Track contract end dates
• Follow-up with Homecare/ Nursing Agency to amend contract end date as required
• Review and Manage any Homecare/ Nursing Agency contracts
• Document vendor qualification as needed
• Other duties as required
