Job Title: Credit Card Associate

The Role:

• Timely and accurate processing of credit card applications forms
• Timely and accurate processing and payment of monthly statements
• Management of all documentation in line with statutory requirements
• Reconciliation of cardholder accounts/expense report submissions
• Resolution of issues with cardholders
• Participation in projects as needed.

To be successful in the role, you will ideally have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a multi-national finance function
• Proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Good Accounting System Knowledge (Oracle Financial an advantage)
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service
• Ability to work under pressure, to strict deadlines with a high volume of transactions
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work on Own & as a Team player
• Good organization skills
