Key Responsibilities:

• As a Manager, the employee is expected to recognize the importance of and create a culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to out business and meeting client needs
• To provide general administrative support to the Clinical Operations and assistance to Project Manager(s) and Project Director(s).
• To assist the Clinical Operations /Project Management teams in completion of all required tasks to meet departmental and project goals.
• To support the Clinical Operations /Project Management teams with ongoing conduct of studies.
• To set up, organize and maintain clinical study documentation (e.g. Main Study Files, CRFs, etc.) including preparation for internal/external audits, final reconciliation and archival.
• To process Data Collection Forms i.e. log in, tracking, quality control as appropriate for the study.
• To contact clinical sites for specific requests (e.g., enrollment updates, missing documentation, meeting arrangements, etc.).
• To attend project team meetings and generate meeting minutes.
• To  manage staff and set clear goals and objectives to drvie an expectation of excellence.
  
  Key Requirements:
• At least 3 years as CTA role or Project assistant role
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
