Are you a strategic process improvement leader with proven experience in clinical operations and change management who is interested to join an industry leading clinical research organization?

Location: North Wales, PA; Dublin, IE; or Durham, NC 
 
About Director, Business Process Improvement at ICON:
If so, ICON could be the opportunity for you. We are a European led global CRO and are looking for someone who can help drive the business to fulfill our ambitious strategic goals, building on our success during 2015.You will work with various functions to achieve utmost efficiencies and process excellence by reviewing operating workflows as well as the innovative technology used to advance our organizations capabilities.  
 
Lead global /cross-functional process improvement projects with subject matter experts analyzing and redesigning processes. Creating and implementing project plans to work with internal leadership and external clients on improvement opportunities. Communicating project status to stakeholders and conducting workshops to map current processes and identify creative solutions!

To succeed you will need:
A successful track record of CRO experience is preferred with at least 7 years’ experience in clinical operations, process improvement, or clinical project management you will need strong change management and problem solving skills. Occasional international travel will be required along with the ability to produce accurate work in tight deadlines. Bachelor’s degree required with an advanced degree preferred.
