Title: Director Health Economics

Location: San Francisco, CA

Oxford Outcomes (an ICON Company), a global leader in outcomes research and health economics, is seeking a Director of Health Economics to lead teams and projects for client engagements.  You will have the opportunity to develop proactive and empowering client relationships by assisting them in solving problems with solutions that you identify.  You would define, lead, execute and present identified solutions to our clients.  This role supports the Vice President in creating and executing a vision for building the practice. 

Our incumbent will have relevant experience and scientific background in the healthcare market coming from industry, academic, or consultancy (desirable) plus the ability to manage projects and teams, and lead RFPs in growing client relationships and engagements.   The ability to lead the process for defining problems and laying out solutions will be a key asset for this role.

The majority of our portfolio includes the top 15% pharmaceutical companies as well as small and mid-sized organizations.  You will have the opportunity to work with global clients and global colleagues.  ICON is a top, global provider of outsourced clinical trial services with a staff of 7,800 employees across 71 offices, in 38 countries.  This position is located in our San Francisco office.
