The Role:

ICON are offering an exciting and unique role to lead the ICON team responsible for performing full end to end UAT of eCOA systems and associated functionality.  This team plays a critical in role in ensuring that internal and vendor eCOA systems are robustly designed and tested before being used by sites and patients on some of the largest trials in the industry. It also plays a critical role in ensuring that we support our Sponsors to generate clean data and evidence.

Key Requirements

- You are a natural leader with a passion for eClinical System design and testing

- You never settle and are constantly looking to improve how we test systems and how we serve our customers

- You have a deep knowledge of eCOA system design

- You are familiar with other patient facing eClinical technology (e.g. eConsent, Virtual Visits, Wearables Integration)

- You are excited and enthusiastic, motivating your teams to do great work and collaborating easily with your clients

Overview of Responsibilities

- Build and grow a high performing team of eClinical UAT specialists to build out a best in class industry UAT function

- Ensure adequate processes, resources and structure is in place to enable eCOA systems to be tested on time and as per budget

- Manage resource assignment for eClinical Specialists and testers

- Review hours

- Build strong operational relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors

- Key point of contact for troubleshooting non-standard project issues, including vendor performance issues

- Track and report monthly on key delivery KPIs

- Provide leadership and guidance on any related quality issues and work quality department to resolve

Key Attributes

- At least 7-years experience in design and testing of eCOA systems
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong project management experience
- Solution focused individual who is driven to ensure project success for our clients
- Advanced communication and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholder
