Job Title: Performance and Reward Manager

Location: Dublin (Hybrid)

The Team:

Our International team has grown over the past year with the acquisition of PRA and we are looking for a Global Performance and Reward Manager to support the delivery of key reward programs and drive our Global Performance and Reward Strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to grow their career in a truly Global role; with a supportive and engaged team; as we seek to optimise new and existing technology to deliver our programs to over 40,000 employees in 46 Countries.

The Role:

As Performance and Reward Manager, you will be responsible for the design, implementation and delivery of all processes related to Reward.

Managing and developing the Reward Team to ensure the team deliver to a high performance standard, and assisting in the design, development, implementation, communication and on-going management of ICON's reward strategy.

• Responsible for ICON's Global Annual Review process, working to the agreed timelines, ensuring good communication, education and effective partnering with HRIS and HRBP's.
• Overseeing timely input of the global salary survey data.
• Managing survey vendors, negotiate pricing and monitor delivery against SLA's
• Overseeing completion of salary ranges on an annual basis in accordance with the divisional strategy
• Ensuring job matching and benchmarking is accurate and up to date
• Working closely with Talent Acquisition and HRBP's to analyse attrition and assess how divisional reward practices can influence this and make recommendations.
• Researching and recommending special compensation programs or incentives to support the organizational objectives.
• Educating key stakeholders in respect to the Reward Strategy.
• Forming effective partnerships with all levels of management
• Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Ensuring compliance with country, state and local compensation laws and regulation

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Experience in a similar role working and leading on compensation programs

  • Very Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.

  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, including Excel.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to plan and set priorities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with senior management
