HR Adminstrator - Job Bridge (9 month internship)

To be eligible for JobBridge, the candidate must currently be in receipt of social welfare payments for 3 months consecutively over the past 6 months.

This is an exciting opportunity to get work experience within a fast paced, growing and busy HR Shared Services environment for a leading global provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries.

Overview of the role

· As a member of the regional HR Service Centre, deliver the range of services provided by the HR Service Centre team to ICON internal customers.

Role Requirements

· Provide key administrative processes for HR activities.

· Help prepare Employee documentation for all new hires.

· Assist HR Advisors with queries and day to day transactional requests.

· Filing of all payroll, finance and contractual related paperwork.

· Updating knowledge database and work instructions.

· Update and maintain data on relevant systems, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy.

· Other duties as assigned
