Our HR Managers are responsible for the delivery of HR Consulting Services by supporting people leaders who are aligned to business objectives.
Position Overview:
Job Duties:
Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which centers around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance. As an HR Manager, you are expected to recognize the importance of and create a culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
· Provide guidance to People Leaders for all phases of the Performance and Reward Cycle including Annual Reviews, Calibration, Goal Setting and Reward Planning
· Delivery of complex case management guidance on key areas such as disciplinary, performance management, redundancy, and Issues that require local, state, country or region specific interaction
· Responsible for management of employee relations, legal compliance and ensuring HR policies meet these requirements in designated country or region
· Proactively work with Managers/People Leaders in your region to highlight and identify key trends and issues arising from data such as exit interviews, turnover reports, absence and performance reviews and propose specific plans to assist and advise improvements. Support the implementation of people strategies and plans through the rollout of HR programs and through the provision of local country Insight into the broader HR team.
· Build strong relationships with key Managers within your service lines of responsibility. Provide a proactive HR consultation service to all people managers advising them on all HR related matters that arise in their teams.
· Work closely with the HR Service Centre Manager and the HR Service Centre Team to ensure a smooth transition on issues and ensure clarity on when the team should escalate
· Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure successful pull through of strategic business and HR initiatives
· Support and coach people managers on complex employee Issues
· Facilitation and support of training sessions on a variety of topics including HR initiatives, Policy Implementation and Performance and Reward
· Develop new and/or update current HR policies
· Partner with key managers to support compensation planning, org design, restructuring, talent reviews and new leader assimilations
· As a data driven organization, have the understanding and ability to perform data analysis using Excel and then to convert the output and provide an executive summary
What you need:
Bachelor's degree in related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a HR Manager, HRBP or Generalist
