This is a great opportunity for individuals who have a passion for instructional design, enjoy fast paced environments and are solution orientated.

Our Production team is looking for highly literate, creative and meticulous professionals who will be able to create world class scripts and instructional theories for our high-quality training products, including e-learning programmes and online information tools. The individual will have a high proficiency in instructional design, specifically in the area of e-learning as well as excellent writing skills, with exceptional attention to detail. The Technical Writer will be competent to work on their own but also be able to work as a team member along with other professionals.

Firecrest Clinical is part of the ICON plc. Group and produces highly visual and engaging products for the Clinical Trial Industry.  Firecrest products help improve Site performance by delivering innovative and effective training to sites while complying with Industry Standards.  As an organisation responsible for the development of clinical training for medical staff, the Technical Writer role is critical to the delivery of accurate, relevant and engaging training products to our clients.

Our ideal candidate will have -

·         Prior relevant experience in instructional design, specifically in the area of e-learning.

·         Prior experience in the creation of medical or science-based content is preferred (but not essential.)

·         Excellent writing skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

·         Demonstrated ability to work with complex and intricate content.

·         Strong creative and design skills.

·         Willingness to assume individual responsibility for own deliverables.

·         Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines, in a fast-paced environment.

·         Good team player, with experience working in a multi-functional team.
