Role: Learning & Development Coordinator

The role:

Working as part of the global ICON University team, the purpose of the Learning and Development Coordinator is to provide support for the development and delivery of learning and development solutions to meet the identified needs of ICON’s employees at all levels, enabling them to develop and grow as trusted partners to all our customers, external and internal.

This is an entry level position that would suit a recent grad or someone with approx. a year L&D experience with LMS Cornerstone knowledge.

Basic Requirements:

• You should have Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any stream.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Should be good in database management
• Provide program support as assigned
• Provide Audit support
• Maintain departmental files, as necessary
• Mentor and coach other Learning and development coordinators as required.
• Provide timely and professional customer service via ICON’s help desk application.
• Maintains tracking tools (Project Management) and metrics for the department.
