The Role:

Primary Responsibilities -

• Manages resources and resource projections to ensure teams are consistent with client needs and expectations by reviewing project tasks and timelines, determining level and type of employee resources, scheduling and reviewing project task and providing guidance on aspects of clinical operations and contingency planning.
• Maintains effective team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, and coaching employees; ensures a safe, secure, and compliant work environment; provides employees with professional development and growth opportunities.
• Achieves staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring and appraising job results; coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
• Ensures studies are carried out according to protocol, standard operating procedures and applicable guidelines and regulations.
• Proactively identifies risks and areas of improvement and proposes/implements sustainable solutions to resolve the problems and prevent from reoccurring.

Additional Responsibilities -

• Manages day to day resource planning and deployment of team to ensure appropriate support across all required activities.
• Manages a team with expertise in area of specialization and responsibility providing operational support to the team.
• Manages relationships with stakeholders.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

Qualifications -

• Bachelor's degree in clinical, science or health-related field
• 8 years of relevant experience
