- Supporting and implementing Global Records Management (GRM) strategy across the business.
- Collaborating with the business, and a variety of internal teams, to manage the implementation of the GRM retention schedule.
- Liaising with and responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders on GRM matters.
- Supporting the coordination of GRM related projects and initiatives by the wider teams across the business to promote the GRM agenda.
- Monitoring performance against GRM objectives and targets, regularly communicating progress to stakeholders.
- Preparing GRM reports in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
- Conducting GRM trainings independently for employees at different levels, develop training materials and monitor training progress.
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders as needed in the development and implementation of program needs.
- Project Management and change management e.g. projects relating to internal governance structures such as upgrade projects of components of the privacy program and internal approval processes.
- Supporting the business and the Data Protection Team in the review of new systems/products.
- Assisting in the resolution of data protection issues across the business
- Working closely with the DPO, Director of Privacy Ops and Infrastructure and Business Partners to roll-out ICON’s data protection strategy.
- Collaborate with and support internal stakeholders to drive ICON’s revenue while mitigating data protection/privacy related risks.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to embed Privacy Impact Assessment processes in other operational activities – i.e. change management/product and service development.
- Implementing communications plans to roll out policies and procedures.
- Developing metrics to monitor and measure effectiveness of compliance framework and gather data for regular reporting.
- Maintaining documentation of compliance activities, such as training and framework development.
- Provide support across the wider ICON where necessary, in response to business demands and requirements.
