Supporting and implementing Global Records Management (GRM) strategy across the business.
Collaborating with the business, and a variety of internal teams, to manage the implementation of the GRM retention schedule.
Liaising with and responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders on GRM matters.
Supporting the coordination of GRM related projects and initiatives by the wider teams across the business to promote the GRM agenda.
Monitoring performance against GRM objectives and targets, regularly communicating progress to stakeholders.
Preparing GRM reports in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
Conducting GRM trainings independently for employees at different levels, develop training materials and monitor training progress.
Partnering with internal and external stakeholders as needed in the development and implementation of program needs.
Project Management and change management e.g. projects relating to internal governance structures such as upgrade projects of components of the privacy program and internal approval processes.
Supporting the business and the Data Protection Team in the review of new systems/products.
Assisting in the resolution of data protection issues across the business
Working closely with the DPO, Director of Privacy Ops and Infrastructure and Business Partners to roll-out ICON’s data protection strategy.
Collaborate with and support internal stakeholders to drive ICON’s revenue while mitigating data protection/privacy related risks.
Partnering with internal stakeholders to embed Privacy Impact Assessment processes in other operational activities – i.e. change management/product and service development.
Implementing communications plans to roll out policies and procedures.
Developing metrics to monitor and measure effectiveness of compliance framework and gather data for regular reporting.
Maintaining documentation of compliance activities, such as training and framework development.
Provide support across the wider ICON where necessary, in response to business demands and requirements.
