Role: Marketing associate
Location: Ireland, Dublin

The role:
In this position, you will join a growing marketing team with responsibility for supporting and implementing strategic and tactical marketing and communication plans designed to capitalize on market opportunities and generate demand.
Working with internal and external resources, this individual will support multi-channel marketing programs that build brand awareness, provide a steady flow of sales leads, and measure the return on marketing investments.
Provide project support to the marketing team in a variety of areas including collateral development, campaign execution, events, webinars, advertising and social media
Participate in marketing and service area meetings to understand business challenges and priorities
Work with marketing leadership, service area business management, and subject matter experts to execute marketing tactics to support comprehensive marketing plans that are aligned to strategic corporate and business unit objectives and goals
Work with subject matter experts to coordinate the creation of thought leadership publications, positioning messaging and content, and sales enablement collateral, for use in lead generation and brand development
Implement marketing plan with oversight from marketing leadership and assistance from internal marketing operations and external agencies
Execute integrated (digital-centric) campaigns to generate demand & sales leads
Support the creation of marketing collateral and sales support tools across all stages of the customer buying journey
Collaborate with Market Program Managers for events, conferences and tradeshows
Collaborate with Business Development and Global Key Account Directors to support their efforts to achieve sales targets
Contribute to regular management reports on marketing campaign performance at both individual and portfolio level
Maintain knowledge of marketing trends, development and best practices
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, or a closely related field
Minimum of 3 years’ marketing experience with proven track record of success in marketing role, strong understanding of marketing for professional services
Self-motivated, resourceful, and have strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Experience using CRM required
CRO/pharmaceutical industry experience preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-cultural matrix structure environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong focus on execution and results
Strong project management and performance measurement skills
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up, budgeting, and time management skills
Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives
Self-motivated, resourceful, and have excellent written and verbal communication as well as leadership skills.
IT literacy, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
