Marketing Intern at ICON:
In this position, you will join an award-winning marketing and communications team. We are searching for a resourceful, motivated and organised individual, who will play a key role in collaborative working with a global team of digital operations, creative design, copywriting and events specialists in supporting Senior Marketing Managers with campaign delivery and sales collateral development to create brand awareness, drive customer engagement and develop qualified sales leads.

This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including content creation, social media, email campaigns, event planning, and market research.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Senior Marketing Managers to support execution of campaigns and development of collateral and materials for the sales team
- Maintaining status of tasks and projects using a digital project management tool to enable accurate portfolio management reporting
- Co-ordinate with the global events team on materials and logistics required to support a successful presence at industry conferences
- Ensure consistent and effective application of the ICON brand identity system across all materials produced.
- Collaboration with digital marketing colleagues on maintenance & creation of webpages, and event or campaign social media posts
- Collaboration with marketing analyst on production of standardised campaign performance presentations for Marketing Managers
- Contribute to marketing team projects as required
- Organise and maintain marketing assets and collateral
- Support ad hoc marketing tasks and special projects as needed
- Occasionally conduct competitor messaging research as requested
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Stakeholder management skills – the ability to work well in a fast-paced, multi-cultural matrix structure environment.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- IT literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with LinkedIn and basic social media platforms
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Interest in B2B marketing, professional services and the Life Sciences industry
