About the Medical Technologist (part-time) role within ICON: 

The Medical Technologist will be responsible for aiding all labs with analysis support. The Medical Technologist will maintain quality control records, compile any required statistical data, keeping up with real time analysis and oversee the Laboratory Information System.

To succeed you will need:

You will have sufficient testing experience within a lab environment where you demonstrated excellent analytical, organization, and documentation skills and hold a BS in Medical Technology or equivalent.  You must possess a New York State License as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist.

A Certification from American Society of Clinical Pathologists and Molecular diagnostic and/or Nucleic Acid and PBMC preparation experience is preferred.   Will need to have the ability to lift 5-10 lbs.
