Are you a Medical Technologist with extensive experience in molecular testing and Next Generation Sequencing. If so, learn more about how you can join the team at ICON Central Laboratories which is dedicated exclusively to central laboratory testing and the associate services for clinical trials.

About the Medical Technologist ll role within ICON:

The Medical Technologist will be responsible for the processing samples in the laboratory which includes - Nucleic Acid extraction, quantification and quality assessment, PCR, Next Gen Sequencing and other lab processes as required by operations.

To succeed you will need:

It is preferred to have a Bachelors’ degree in Medical Technology or Science related field with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. Preferred New York State License restricted to Molecular testing. ASCP Certification and knowledge of Microsoft applications is preferred. Will need to have the ability to lift 5-10 lbs.

NYS Technologist License.

Experience in Pipetting and Next Generation Sequencing and Bead Based Chemistry is preferred but nor required..
