The Mobile Infrastructure Service Manager is a technical operations engineer who specializes in Mobile Device Management, Mobile Application Management, and Mobile App Deployment.  This person will be responsible for managing and deploying mobile applications, as well as ensuring the security and performance of our mobile devices.

  • Travel (approximately 5%) domestic and/or international
  • *Deploy, manage, and maintain mobile applications, including updates and patches.
  • *Develop and maintain documentation related to mobile device management, mobile application management, and mobile app deployment.
  • *Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mobile device management, mobile application management, and mobile app deployment.
  • *Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions that improve the performance and reliability of our mobile devices and applications.
  • Understand MDM and App Store reporting capabilities and provide weekly reports to stakeholders
  • Create, update, and maintain users and device owners in the MDM
  • Provide timely response to escalations in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs); act as technical escalation and resource to other team members.
  • Demonstrated ability in being a participant for projects based on IT initiatives. Ownership of key tasks/milestones to achieve a successful implementation/closure
  • Demonstrates an attitude of ownership and accountability with regards to the responsibilities of the role and mentors junior staff.
  • Special projects as assigned.

  • At least 10+ years of work experience in mobile device management, mobile application management, and/or mobile app development and deployment.
  • Skilled in Mobile Device Management core concepts
  • Proven track record of advanced diagnosis and troubleshooting skills to resolve problems.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems, including iOS and Android.
  • Experience with mobile management platforms including AirWatch / Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune.
  • Knowledge of mobile app deployment tools, such as Google Play Console, Apple App Store Connect, App Center, TestFlight, Apple Configurator, Managed Google Play, Apple Business Portal (VPP).
  • Must have clear communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Due to the nature of this position it may be required for the employee to travel.  Therefore, dependent on the employee’s location, the employee may be required to possess a valid Drivers license.
