PAYROLL ASSOCIATE

ICON is an Irish owned PLC that was founded in 1992 with 5 original team members. We are now in 97 countries with over 14,000 permanent members of staff. Our global headquarters is based in a state of the art new facility in Leopardstown South Dublin. We have parking, cycling facilities a subsidized canteen & coffee bar, an on-site gym & over 800 people based here. Our finance department is one of the biggest in the country & has a new position open on the Payroll team.

This is a busy position which manages payroll for 900 employees. One of the software packages to run this Payroll is Excel so this position will enable you to use & grow your knowledge of this package. The work needs to be accurate & organized. Given the importance of this function any variances that are uncovered need to rectified in swiftly.

The successful applicant will ideally come from a Payroll background but this is not essential. What is essential is that you are highly organized, able to demonstrate proficiency using Excel in a busy professional environment. Have experience of working in a team environment where a high level of accuracy, flexibility and initiative is needed.
