Procurement Associate

As a Procurement Associate you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

What you will be doing:

• Accountable for indirect categories procurement included (Facility, Buildings and lands, IT, Telecoms, Laboratory, Marketing,Meeting Events, Professional Services, Fleet, Office and Print)
• Supporting global team to develop sourcing strategy.
• Supplier relationship management.
• Spend analysis and reporting, and vendor master file management.
• Rating suppliers, supplier performance evaluation, maintaining supplier databases.
• Negotiate the delivery date, MOQ, and payment term with suppliers.
• Procurement market research.
• Weekly meeting and reporting to manager.

You are:

• 2 years+procurement experience
• Managed supplier relationships, communicate changes to category strategy, execute joint collaborative initiatives, and lead supplier
• Stable emotion under pressure and friendly communication.
• Fluent in spoken English and written English is used daily.
