The Role:

-A Program Manager (PrgM) will have responsibility for Programs of Projects as assigned by the Director of Project Management.

-Responsible for overseeing the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects within the Programs ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

-The PrgM is the Client Program Manager’s main point of contact related to the Programs in question and may be a key person at governance meetings/bid defense meetings.

-Responsible to coordinate and manage the activities of individual projects and team members in a manner that ensures all budgetary requirements, study timeframes and targets are met. Be a point of escalation for Project Managers who are assigned to the studies within the Program for study/program/client related issues.

-Provide project management leadership to Project Managers by integrating, facilitating, coordinating, and managing all activities related to the initiation, planning, executing, monitoring and closeout of assigned projects.

-Responsible for supporting the growth of business through new awards and ensuring client satisfaction. Supports operations management and growth of strategic client partnerships and supports the development of proposals for new work.


To be successful, you will need

-Project Management experience essential

-Project Management / Process Improvement certification preferred

-Ability and willingness to travel up to 10-15% of the time

-Computer literacy required -

Fluent in written and spoken English

-Very strong oral and written communication skills, and effective communicator.

-Ability to work in an independent and self-driven manner; strong ability to collaborate with others.

-Good commercial awareness and customer focus

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

-Medical/science/analytical background at Bachelor/Masters level.

Salary range:

$102,400 to $122,890

Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, education/training, and skill level.   You may be eligible for a bonus, stock compensation and commissions in some cases depending on your role and performance.
