Project Analyst, Patient Centered Outcomes
Location: Raleigh-Durham, NC
 
 
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Patient Centered Outcomes team working as a Project Analyst within in the clinical research industry. With your background in marketing, communications or business studies, this is a great opportunity to build your experience in a client-facing role within a leading Clinical Research Organisation (CRO).
 
Your great communication, organization and critical thinking skills will all be really beneficial along with strong relationship building skills. This role requires great multi-tasking and time management, while maintaining a strong customer focus at all times.
 
Our Patient Centered Outcomes (PCO) team is part of our Commercialisation and Outcomes group with offices in Raleigh-Durham, NC. The team provides the coordination of PCO Request for Proposals (RFPs) and support scientific staff on the development of new proposals. Our PCO team are office-based and work as a team with varied responsibilities, managing projects and liaising with our clients.
 
The Project Analyst may be the customer’s point of contact throughout the lifetime of the RFP process. Responsibilities include budgeting, client-expectation management, and timeline planning aspects of proposals.
 
To succeed you will need:
  • Strong sense of customer service
  • Fluency in English both orally and in writing with excellent communication skills
  • Process-driven and strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to manage multiple, varied projects simultaneously and independently
  • Experience with managing work plans, project budgets is preferred.
  • Knowledge in applicable field of health economics, outcomes research, eCOA technology, and/or clinical research.
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry. An advanced degree in a related field may offset work experience.
  • MS Office Suite
