The Project Manager works in various capacities as a member of an overall project team or is a stand-alone individual contributor that establishes project workflow, deadlines, expense budgets and overall quality of one or more products/services and/or project teams. The Project Manager ensures that projects/products/services sold to clients meet specifications, timelines, budgets and quality standards. The Project Manager thus contributes substantially to client satisfaction through competent project management.

Key responsibilities:

• Works with all key stakeholders and technical resources that must participate in a project ensuring that assigned tasks are completed within the parameters of the business plan.
• Creates, maintains and issues weekly status reports as well as daily, annual and weekly schedules.
• Works directly with clients/users/customers/employees to translate customer business requirements into functional requirement specifications for technical design and development, ensuring solid product/project/service solutions.
• Manages product/project/service expenses: the development of quotes, creating and maintaining budgets, creating monthly product reports, holding product meetings to review expenses, bill-backs and profitability, etc.
• Communicates with and engages Project Management Teams and others with regard to all issues in order to maintain or exceed standards of quality relative to client deliverables. 
• Interacts directly with clients in assessing and solving any and all issues, releases, changes that may arise on product. Level of interaction with client will be determined based on the product and may involve consultation with Sales, Account Executive, Client Services, IT and/or Business Development teams).
  
  

Requirements:

• ·         Bachelors degree in relevant subject
• ·         Demonstrable experience
