Project Manager - Interactive Technologies Group

Location: Dublin

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast paced, busy environment for a leading global provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing client studies within ICON’s (IRT) Interactive Response Technologies division.

Overview of the Role

·           Primary client contact throughout development and support of IRT system

·           Deliver Project to Quality, Timeline and Budget Requirements

·           Responsible for providing study status to management and other project departments as needed

·           Liaising with internal teams and clients to effectively manage scope changes, project budget/financials and service levels within a project

·           Preparing and participating in bid defense meetings for new and existing clients

·           Preparing and presenting at client and/or investigator meetings where required by the project

Requirements:

·           At least 2-3 years’ experience in a Project Management role (Clinical Trials Project Management a distinct advantage)

·           Excellent organizational, leadership, documentation and communication skills

·           Prior experience in IVRS, IWR, or IRT systems an advantage

·           Ability to liaise successfully with sponsors.

·           Ability and willingness to travel (approximately 10%) is required.
