Research Analyst – INTERN OPPORTUNITY

Office based in Boston

We are looking to add a Research Analyst to our team in Boston, MA. 

 

We are offering a 6 month internship for a local student with good Health Technology, Heath Economics, Outcomes Research, Public Health or Biostatistics skills.  We can be flexible with the hours.  You may wish to work more hours over the summer and reduce those down to on average 20 hours during term time.

 

As a Research Analyst, you will work with the Global Health Technology Assessment, Health Economics, Reimbursement and Outcomes team. You will be allocated a mentor during your time with us. 

 

As Research Analyst you will already possess good basis of health economics, health technology assessment and/or statistics skills and will enjoy the analytical focus of this role.  The Research Analyst is responsible for performing related tasks eg cost collections, data manipulation, technical writing, screening of literature, extraction of data, drafting of reports, within study specifications, applicable guidelines, reimbursement requirements, and Standard Operations Protocols given our research environment. If you have a statistical background analysis of Quality of Life measurement and network meta-analysis may also be included.

 

 

Qualifications:

Education:   You will be currently completing your studies likely in a Health Economics, Health Technology Assessment, Public Health, Biostatistics Degree.

Experience:  Minimum 60 hours of relevant learning

 

This role will not teach you job-relevant skills from scratch.  We will need you to already possess those.  We will offer you the opportunity to develop those skills in a research setting with a great, supportive team.
