Role Overview:
You will be responsible for supporting our Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) ecosystem and our vibrant user community. This working on a global team environment to build and optimize complex, custom software applications, additional tasks may include but are not limited to: daily user support, end-user training, reporting, developing, implementing, and maintaining our CRM System and applications.
Prompt and personalized customer care is critical because time is of the essence in a sales environment. Professionalism in written and verbal communication is critical, we are supporting multiple departments all the way to executive level. Most communication is done through email, Microsoft Teams, and Skype. You will also be working cross-functionally with other teams (i.e. Sales, Legal, Marketing, ect.) in order to effectively solve issues and support overall sales operations. You will help support departmental projects as needed and provide guidance on technical and design issues as well as train/mentor team members.
Position requirements:
- Prior experience in CRO/Pharmaceutical experience preferred
- Ability to work in an agile environment (Technical & Operational Support)
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com data management tools (Data Loader, DemandTools, etc.) required.
- Salesforce.com Certified Administrator certification.
- Strong self-starter and ability to work independently.
- Strong experience with troubleshooting applications.
- Possess strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Read, write and speaks fluent English.
- Demonstrated experience working with object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency with Apex & VisualForce programming.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior people management experience (preferred not required)
- Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent preferred OR equivalent work experience
- To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.
