(Senior) Clinical Research Associate 

Location: New Zealand - home-based

As a (Senior) Clinical Research Assocaite you will play a key role in improving the lives of patients by accelerating the development of our customers' drugs and devices through innovative solutions.

You will be working in partnership with one of our global biotechnology clients who are well known innovators in the field of oncology. With a strong product pipeline across all phases and several disease areas, this program would be ideal for any individuals that are independent thinkers who enjoy responsibility and autonomy.

What you will be doing:

• You will focus on producing quality on-site and remote monitoring, building relationships with sites and taking ownership of site management
• There is a strong pipeline of studies and you will have the opportunity to monitor groundbreaking oncology trials and work in a dynamic environment which promotes learning and versatility
• You will be responsible to maintain information and documentation in CTMs, eTMF and other systems as per timelines
• Being part of a team which has seen huge growth, you will contribute to identify, asess and resolve site performance, quality or compliance issues

You are:

• At least 2 years of local CRA experience in CRO/pharma is required and ideally previous experience monitoring oncology trials
• You will be able to commit to travelling to sites
• Great communication skills and relationship building skills
• Interested in working on lifechanging Oncology studies
