Senior Clinical Research Associate - Oncology Phase 1 - Midwest

As a Clinical Research Associate you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

What you will be doing:

The Clinical Research Associate (CRA) will monitor the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites or remotely, and ensure clinical trials are conducted, recorded, and reported in accordance with the protocol, standard operating procedures (SOPs), ICH-GCP, and all applicable regulatory requirements.

- Monitoring Phase 1 Oncology 

What you need to have:

• An undergraduate degree or it’s equivalent in clinical, science, or health related field from an accredited institution; a licensed health care professional (i.e. registered nurse) or equivalent work experience required.
• 2-5 years clinical monitoring experience required (CRA 2) with atleast 1 yr of onsite experience (vs remote) 
• 5+ years clinical monitoring experience required (Sr CRA) with atleast 1 yr of onsite experience (vs remote) 
• Oncology monitoring experience required (SCL or NSCL experience preferred but not required) 
• Experience doing feasibility/site selection/site start up required
• Budget negotiations experience preferred 
• Phase 1 dose escalation experience preferred
• Highly responsive and proactive, team player
• Knowledge of ICH and local regulatory authority regulations regarding drug
• Serves as observation and performance visit leader.
• May serve as a resource for and interact with other functional areas to resolve site issues and facilitate trial timelines.
• May be assigned clinical tasks where advanced negotiating skills are required.
• Read, write and speak fluent English.
• To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status

Pay Range ($110,520.00 USD – $131,150.00 USD)

Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, education/training, and skill level.
