Senior Clinical System Designer Responsibilities:

• Lead CRF design and manage 2+ clinical data management systems.

• Interpret clinical trial protocols to design CDMS components.

• Serve as primary point of contact for complex study build queries.

• Oversee CRF creation, system requirements documentation, and edit check specifications.

• Manage system releases, track project timelines, and identify out-of-scope tasks.

• Lead study kick-offs, eCRF reviews, and participate in bid defenses/client demonstrations.

• Support change management and post-production database modifications.

Leadership:

• Mentor junior team members and provide training.

• Drive process improvements and contribute to team development.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and training.

• Strong communication, client management, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel (~10%).
