Senior Director, Finance Business Partnering - Office Based - Dublin or US

The finance business partnering (“FBP”) group provides financial and consulting services designed to add value, direction and leadership to the business. The team plays an integral part in enabling ICON to accomplish its objectives by bringing a best in class approach to evaluating its finances and strategy.

Role responsibilities include:

Develop, prepare and maintain monthly financial forecasts including budget reconciliations and supporting analysis for the business unit.

Analyze business unit financial results and key performance indicators including the preparation of monthly & quarterly reporting packages and commentary.

Work with Ops leader and their SLT to develop and build annual budgets.

Make recommendations to business unit management for optimizing financial performance and achieving financial targets.

Present business case studies to senior leadership in support of capital expenditures

Present monthly forecast and business unit metrics to senior leadership team

Align with Commercial Affairs in support of material pricings and partnership opportunities

Finance lead for ad hoc project work in business unit.
