Senior Finance Business Manager

The Finance Business Manager will partner with the Business to provide insight and influence on finance business decisions that drive growth and operational excellence.

This position will have a have a Business focus where you will be partnering with Business Unit President / General Manager to derive annual operating and financial targets. You will work with business unit leadership to achieve the defined operating strategies, and meet financial targets and provide reporting insight, analytics and financial leadership for the Business Units. You will have Revenue responsibility of $250MM.

To succeed you will need:

Significantexperience in Finance, with a strong background in FP&A and Business Unit/divisional finance management responsibility. Previous experience managing a P&L between $50MM - $200MM. Proven experience in managing a team of 5-10 financial managers and analysts coupled with excellent verbal and presentation skills. Knowledge of Hyperion preferred as is experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
