Senior HR Technology Analyst - Workday

- Working with the wider business to understand needs and processes, including related HR processes.
- Collaborate with implementation partner and authorities to understand existing systems and processes, the impact of new developments, and how best to deliver the solution.
- Partnering with the business to agree on the scope and timescales with users to achieve the best possible match between ICON's needs and systems capability.
- Ownership of design, configuration and implementation of functional area of expertise e.g. Recruitment, Talent Management, collaborating with HR to ensure these meet the global HR and Business needs.
- You will handle and arrange user acceptance testing, ad hoc testing and the process for post-implementation support to enable the delivery of required functionality.
- Identify areas of opportunity to improve existing technology processes, functionality and work flow, and maximize technological capabilities to reduce manual processes.
- Supporting the team with bi-annual upgrades.
- Drive robust audit processes to ensure the technical integrity of the information in the HRIS system and follow SOX requirements.
- 3- 4 years’ experience within a similar role.
- Degree qualified preferably in Business / IT.
- Workday implementation and configuration experience – if you had Workday Recruit implementation experience that would be great however not essential.
- Excellent business partnering skills with the ability to influence decision makers.
- Confident in working with multi-functional teams globally.
- A logical and analytical thinker – someone who can interpret business needs and bring fresh ideas to consider.
- Forward-thinking communicator who can turn tech jargon into easily digestible information.
- Organised and comfortable to work at pace with multiple priorities.
- Experience in process flow mapping techniques and process improvement.
