Job Description Summary:
Symphony Health is a leading provider of integrated data-driven solutions and services for the healthcare industry. Our innovative technology and expert analysis enable our clients to make better decisions and drive improved outcomes for patients. We are seeking a talented Senior Manager Architecture to join our growing team. As a Senior Manager Architecture, you will be responsible for leading the overall Symphony technology architecture, driving the development and execution of our technical roadmap, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and data science, to design and implement robust, scalable, and secure software architectures.
Job Description:
Lead the architecture team and provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Work closely with product management and engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
Develop and execute a technical roadmap that supports the long-term vision of the company.
Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure software architectures that meet the needs of our clients.
Ensure the quality of the software solutions delivered by the architecture team, including code quality, performance, and scalability.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on our business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, and ensure the effective integration of their solutions with our platform.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
8+ years of experience in software development and infrastructure, with at least 3 years of experience in software / infrastructure architecture.
Experience leading a team of architects or software and infrastructure engineers.
Strong knowledge of architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technologies, including Java, Python. This includes on-premise as well as cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, and Hive.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
