Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Systems Support Specialist with a focus on change management to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of changes to our systems and software applications.
Job Description:
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of all changes to our systems and software applications, ensuring that changes are made in a controlled and structured manner.
- Develop and maintain change management policies and procedures, ensuring that they are consistent with industry best practices and company standards.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including software development teams, quality assurance teams, and business analysts, to ensure that all changes are properly documented and communicated.
- Identify potential risks associated with changes and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Conduct impact assessments of changes and coordinate testing efforts to ensure that all changes are thoroughly tested and verified before being deployed.
- Run and maintain Production schedule and manages Production Calendar for all processes
- Generate and validate IT system baselines for code deployments, including validation of documentation.
- Conduct routine cloud and OnPrem System audits to ensure compliance with established standards, policies and configuration guidelines.
- Ensure IT system security baselines are met and security improvements are implemented across the different systems.
- Generate Security Policy reports for IT administrators, business managers, and security leaders which will serve as an input to evaluate the efficacy of the security policies.
- Support SOC-2 Audit Documentations and mapping policy and procedures to appropriate controls as per OCR Compliance
- Collaborate on external Client and Vendor Audit documentation for Security verification
- Generate processes to Audit user privileges and authenticate privileges are granted in accordance with Security Policies ensuring data integrity and security is met.
- Work across teams to ensure IT system upgrades and service pack deployments are implemented with minimal impact to production operations.
- Recommend updates to operating systems to deliver cost benefits without reducing production performance and availability.
- Analyzes data from monitoring activities and define comprehensive, system wide improvements.
- Monitor performance and proactively identifies uptime issues, making recommendations for eliminating those issues.
- Actively monitor and publish the availability plan discussing the ability of the IT infrastructure to meet the availability requirements of the business.
- Work with vendors and architects to understand their technology roadmaps and help with assigned special project activities.
- Develops plans to adopt new technology for process deployments.
- Define and ensure implementation of data replication and business continuity processes for raw vendor file processing.
- Validate and execute scheduled processes in Autosys as per production calendar
- Monitor and maintain the storage capacity on FTP Server and cleanup files as per backup guidelines
- Archive raw file to backup or need restore raw file from backup.
- Create GPG/PGP keys or rotation keys for client as per company security policy and guidelines
- Setup connection SSH authentication key from SHS to client server.
- 5+ years’ experience relevant experience in Data Control / DevOps Functions
- Fair understanding on SOC Audit controls and requirements for certification
- Experience in managing Audit procedures, document mapping
- Experience of managing production control, job schedules (Autosys) and coordinating with multiple departments within the organization
- Requires strong knowledge and experience with multiple infrastructure solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud technology concepts and trends.
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Expert troubleshooting skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent
