Site Contracting Manager

As a Site Contracting Manager you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

The Site Contracting Manager is responsible for oversight of site contract negotiations in support of clinical programs, non-clinical programs, confidentiality agreements and letter of agreements across all therapeutic areas in a specific region.

• Functional Oversight of SC Leads and SC Reps in assigned region
• Budget Escalation point of contact 
• Ensure consistency in contracting terms and rates across the region
• Ensure alignment of contracting processes and approach globally
• Attend leadership calls with COPL/COSL/GCOLT as requested by Head of Site Contracting
• Liaise with regional legal department 
• Ensure site contracting repositories are updated and maintained
• Ensure site contracting reps are providing clear and timely status updates in CTMS
• Lead regional team meetings
• Routinely provide Head of Site Contracting updates on issues and escalations within the region
• Oversight and Management of CDAs and LOAs in assigned region
• Attend CTAC site selection calls for assigned region
• Attend Study activation calls, as requested by Head of Site Contracting.

• BS. or Advanced Degree (or equivalent degree/experience in the opinion of the Hiring Manager)
• Minimum of 5-8 years experience in clinical development including knowledge of site contracts and budgets
