Title: Supervisor, Recruitment and Screening
Location: Mexico City, MX
Duties:

• Travel (approximately 0%) domestic and/or international.
Supervisor Responsibilities – Screening Department:
• Communicate with Recruitment Supervisor to establish screening success rates and implement Risk Management strategies.
• Perform meetings with the clinical team as needed to set up assignments for screening and outpatient procedures.
• Undertake other reasonably related duties as may be assigned from time to time as well as current role responsibilities.
• Be fully conversant with all studies that are planned or being actively recruited for.
• Ensure delivery of agreed panel success targets through effective campaign management in collaboration with the Recruitment Supervisor and scheduling of screening appointments.
• Implement and manage daily screening activities ensuring all interactions are managed in accordance with appropriate regulatory guidelines particularly the HIPPA.
• Promote an environment where team achievement is regarded and supported by regular coaching, performance measurement and feedback.
• Assist with the development of employees within the Screening department.
• Develop positive professional relationships with key internal and external customers and suppliers.
• To undertake other reasonably related duties as may be assigned from time to time from the CRC, Study manager, Director of Operations, and Principle/Sub Investigators(Sub-PI)
Supervisor Responsibilities – Recruiting Department:
• Performs daily meetings with the entire recruitment team and to set up assignments and coordinate the day.*List of all downloaded calls distributing them among the staff.
• Metrics (daily recruitment calls – tracking where the calls are coming from, inbound, outbound and % appointment made)
• Communicate with Screening Manager to establish screening success rates and implement Risk Management strategies.
• Ensure that all phone script and volunteer demographics are being captured and maintained in the Database by recruitment.
• Website scheduling – Responsible for timely scheduling of screening appointments.
• To undertake other reasonably related duties as may be assigned from time to time. Implement and manage call monitoring standards ensuring all calls are managed in accordance with appropriate regulatory guidelines particularly the HIPPA.
• Promote an environment where team achievement is regarded and supported by regular coaching, performance measurement and feedback.
• Assist with the recruitment and development of employees within the Volunteer Recruitment department.
• Develop positive professional relationships with key internal and external customers and suppliers.
• To undertake other reasonably related duties as may be assigned from time to time from the CRC, Study Manager, Director of Operations, and Principle/Sub Investigators(Sub-PI)
• Be fully conversant with all studies that are planned or being actively recruited for.
