We are currently seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and championing our commitment to exceptional customer service. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that the right talents are brought on board to drive our mission forward.
What You Will Be Doing:- Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional service to enhance ICON's reputation.
- Streamline recruitment processes, adding value to the business by improving efficiency and meeting client needs.
- Ensure compliance with policies and industry best practices, managing end-to-end candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and client presentations.
- Exemplify alignment with ICON's core values - People, Clients, and Performance - and employ innovative strategies for sourcing and talent pool building while staying updated on market trends.
- Excel in negotiation, effective candidate presentation, workload management, and travel readiness, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and positive candidate experience.
Your Profile:- Possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of the local labor and candidate markets.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop resourcing plans and innovative sourcing options.
- Show strong negotiation skills, with a talent for presenting candidates effectively.
- Be an expert in managing workloads efficiently, delivering best-in-class recruitment services, and employing effective sourcing strategies to control cost per hire.
- Ability/willingness to travel ~ 15%
