The role:

The Travel Data & Insight Analyst is responsible for the automation, design and extraction of data to provide analysis and actionable insight for the travel management team. They will work with multiple travel vendors and ICON business units, establishing a suite of reports, highlighting compliance levels, spend, trends and shine a light on opportunities for program enhancement

Responsibilities:

•Develop and maintain global travel reporting framework

•Develop suite of regional and global travel reports for the travel management team

•Work with TMC teams to ensure data delivery in line with requirements and expectations

•Visualise data and develop associated actionable insights

•Apply probability principles for forecasting and report accordingly

•Troubleshoot reporting issues and liaise with users

•Work with relevant travel management team members to track project costs through the project lifecycle

•Proactively monitor trends and communicate findings accordingly

•Point of contact for ad-hoc reporting

•Contribute to Travel Strategic Plan

Provide administrative support to travel management team as required
