Contract Analyst

For roles in this area your main responsibilities will lie in reviewing the details of business contracts.

This could be with employees, clients, or other businesses. You’ll be there to protect the company and ensure that all contractual obligations are in the company’s best interest. Your core skills should lie with contractual regulations and business management and ideally you’ll have a bachelor’s degree in a business or legal field. Personality wise this is a job for those who are very thorough and detail focused as well as having excellent writing skills, with confidence to write or re-write contracts. It would be preferred for you to have experience in the clinical industry.
