The Feasibility team play a crucial role in the launch of a clinical study - identifying, contacting and building relationships with study investigators as well as sites and networks.

This Group is divided into four areas:

• Feasibility
• Proposal Group
• Patient Enrolment
• Support Services

Our global team manages the process of site and investigator identification along with recruitment planning for Clinical Studies. This team defines optimal site profiles for studies in many ways, such as collecting and evaluating data and recommending investigators for selection - by region, country or therapeutic area. They also conduct and review patient recruitment surveys.

They are experts on the conduct of feasibility and potential study participation in their own designated areas. Our ICON Investigator Database and Feasibility Management system stores investigator profiles and country demographics. This data can then be extracted and used in conjunction with external resources, such as local intelligence. In this way, all newly identified sites can be appropriately databased, checked for quality status and are fully processed.
