In this position, you will be responsible for the implementation of marketing tactics for bio-pharmaceutical clients, with a managed markets focus. This position will work with a senior team to meet and exceed client expectations and contribute to building long-lasting client relationships.

Project Types Include:
- Marketing execution tools such as slide decks, formulary kits and sales aids
- Live meetings such as consultant panels and focus groups
- Medical and sales training projects in live, print, and multimedia formats
- Qualitative and quantitative market research support
Responsibilities:
- Manage and exceed client expectations for all facets of project management, tactical development and project execution
- Provide daily management and ongoing communications to the client and to internal teams regarding strategic program planning, material development and project implementation
- Work with Senior Consultant Team and Finance to ensure client programs are implemented with strategic insight and exceptional service within time/budget allocations
- Demonstrate knowledge of healthcare industry/managed markets industry
- Coordinate logistical facets of program development, execution and budget management
- Ensure the highest standards of quality control of client materials
- Verification and needs assessment of project deliverables
- Daily contact with clients, internal departments and external vendors
- Development and maintenance of project timelines
To Succeed You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MPH, PharmD)
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical/healthcare environment with an emphasis on account management skills
- Managed markets experience preferred
- High-level service skills, oral and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with budget responsibility
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
