The Role:

Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing, payment of supplier Invoices & Investigator payments and Employee iExpense in compliance with SOX & local policies, also responsible to perform supplier invoice reconciliation periodically.

• Timely and Accurate processing of AP vouchers
• Timely and Accurate payment of AP vouchers
• Management of all documentation in line with statutory requirements
• Reconciliation of creditors accounts
• Assist in Month End Clos process
• Resolution of issues with Suppliers, Investigators and Employees
• Participation in AP re-engineering projects as needed.

What you will need:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting & Commerce or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a multi-national Accounts Payable Function
• Proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Good Accounting System Knowledge (Oracle Financial an advantage)
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service
• Ability to work under pressure, to strict deadlines with a high volume of transactions
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work on Own & as a Team player
• Good organization skills
