### Role Overview: Clinical Operations Manager

As a Clinical Operations Manager at ICON, you will ensure the delivery and development of the Clinical Operations team against key metrics. You will work with leadership to enhance capabilities, productivity, and quality.

#### Key Responsibilities

- Provide direction and accountability for operational teams and their delivery at regional and site levels.

- Oversee resourcing, line management, training, and functional delivery within the Clinical Operations group.

- Conduct regular discussions with direct reports and lead team meetings at regional and managerial levels.

- Assist with training for CRA Managers and Associates as required.

- Serve as the contact for the region regarding operational questions and escalations.

- Collaborate with the Director/Senior Director and/or VP Clinical Operations to communicate critical issues, business growth opportunities, and input regarding budgeting discussions.

- Drive overall delivery at site and regional levels, focusing on service execution, client satisfaction, quality, and efficiency.

- Represent Clinical Operations during sponsor and internal audits.

### Qualifications

- **Bachelor’s degree**

- Minimum **6 years** of Clinical Research experience, including at least **4 years** as a Senior CRA or Principal CRA (in a Lead CRA role), or **2 years** as a Project Manager, CRA Manager, or equivalent.

- Knowledge of **ICH-GCP guidelines** and the ability to review and evaluate medical data.

- Excellent management skills, developed through a collaborative approach to driving performance and success in a global environment.

- Direct experience managing Clinical Research Associates is preferred.
