What is your role as a Clinical Recruitment Marketing Specialist?

As a Clinical Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for the marketing tools we use to recruit participants for our clinical trials aimed at developing new and better medicines. You will work on developing marketing tools and creating creative campaigns. Additionally, you will contribute to optimizing (online) campaigns and communication with (potential) participants.

As a Clinical Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you will be involved in:

• Creating and executing marketing campaigns for participant recruitment

• Developing new campaigns and content in collaboration with our marketing agency

• Analyzing and optimizing campaign and website performance for the purpose of conversion

• Supporting the (further) development of marketing tools such as Bird, Deployteq, website and intranet

• Experience as an online campaign marketer is a plus

What do you bring?

• You have a higher education (HBO) level of thinking and working, with several years of experience in marketing. Experience in recruitment is a plus.
• You have an affinity for developing and optimizing marketing tools and campaigns.
• You are analytically strong, detail-oriented, and able to act proactively.
• You can work well under stress, set priorities, and perform under pressure when needed.
• You are fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written. A good command of German as a third language is more than welcome.
• Experience with Adobe and/or Figma is a plus.
