Firecrest Clinical is part of the ICON plc Group and produces highly visual and engaging products for the Clinical Trial Industry. Firecrest products help improve Site performance by delivering innovative and effective online training to sites while complying with Industry Standards. As an organisation responsible for the development of online clinical training for medical staff, the Clinical Research Coordinator role is critical to the support Project Management Team.
The Role:
The Clinical Research Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Project Management Team in processing day to day administrative tasks, data entry, communicating with various teams and departments, supporting Project Managers and managing overall workload and any escalations or priorities.
Responsibilities:

- Organized, hard-working and motivated individual with an ability to coordinate and manage various tasks on a daily basis.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to work as part of a larger team.
- Liaises with the team members / departments to process tasks in a timely manner.
- Coordinates with relevant company departments / team members to escalate and quickly address issues/concerns.
- Undertakes any other reasonably related duties to support the Project Management Team.
To succeed you will need:
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
- Goal oriented with a strong focus on building relationships internally and externally.
- Eye for detail in relation to completion of tasks
- Excellent written and verbal skills along with the ability to use one’s own initiative and multi task.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, pro-active, reliable and highly organized.
- A team player who responds/actions items in a timely manner and is effective at liaising well with all Stakeholders
- Computer skills with the ability to work with various software systems
- Enjoys working in a fast paced environment with potential to progress further for the right candidate.
- Excellent English both written and spoken.
