As a Clinical Research Lead Assistance  you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

The Clinical Research Lead Assistance provides support for Clinical Trials managed by the Investigator Engagement Organisation. Additional local responsibilities may be required as needed/appropriate for the local geography and/or to cover regional differences.


What you will be doing:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in various Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Lists, Forms, etc.)
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings
  • Provide administrative support for clinical trials/to training initiatives (e.g., data entry, troubleshooting, etc.)
  • Administrative support for clinical trials as required – (eg: filing, collection of signatures, invoice reconciliation)
  • Document Management – (eg: scan, fax, upload, eTMF maintenance activities)
  • Support Investigator Engagement business systems and process as required
  • Internal and External meeting support
  • Key position responsibilities, skillset and experience requirements needed to support training team
    • SharePoint creation and maintenance
      • Skills: IT savvy, creative, well organized
      • Creation of well-organized and visually impactful online SharePoint site to arrange CRL job related resources, training, and medical knowledge (content will be provided)
    • Keeping documents up to date
      • Skills: IT savvy, including Excel, PowerPoint, MS Forms, attention to detail
      • Compile and organize survey results for analysis
      • Check for outdated links in training resources/tools
    • Administrative meeting planning
      • Skills: well organized, good communicator, pleasant and customer service focused
      • Scheduling in-person training meetings
      • Liaising with venue staff to reserve meeting room and catering.
      • Reaching out to Lilly invited presenters to schedule them on the training meeting agenda

You are:

  • BS/BA degree required
  • Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices
  • Excellent computer skills with experience in a variety of software packages
  • Fluency in English both written and oral.
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong self-management, communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a virtual team and across cultures
