Join Our Team as a Senior Cloud Site Reliability Engineer!

Are you a seasoned Cloud Site Reliability Engineer with a passion for ensuring the stability and efficiency of enterprise cloud infrastructure? Are you skilled at monitoring and troubleshooting complex systems to drive reliability? If so, we invite you to become an integral part of our dynamic team in Warsaw!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain cloud infrastructure and application components, ensuring stability and integrity.

  • Develop and manage alerts and monitors across the infrastructure to maintain SLIs and SLOs.

  • Rapidly respond to and investigate incidents, prioritizing and communicating mitigation efforts effectively.

  • Monitor system status through tools like Azure Monitor, recommending improvements to alerting and logging performance.

  • Identify and document resolution paths for recurring issues, reducing false alarms.

  • Provide expert-level technical escalation and support for team members, ensuring timely response according to SLAs.

  • Champion site reliability principles and provide guidance and training to software development, quality engineering, and DevOps teams.

  • Take ownership of IT initiatives and contribute to projects with a focus on successful implementation.

  • Mentor junior staff and demonstrate an attitude of ownership and accountability.

  • Engage in special projects as assigned.

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years hands-on operational experience monitoring and supporting .NET and/or Java enterprise applications.

  • Proficiency in applying site reliability principles and full-stack troubleshooting skills across various layers (network, application, security, identity, OS, containers, on-prem, and distributed services).

  • Proven production experience with Azure Cloud technologies including IaaS, PaaS, networking, Azure Functions, Web Apps, Containers, SQL and Cosmos DBs, Service Bus, and Front Door.

  • Strong familiarity with monitoring systems such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics Workspace, Application Insights SDK, and Azure Dashboard.

  • Experience collaborating with end users, DevOps engineers, and developers to identify and address application issues.

  • Background in DevOps and Agile environments, with a blend of both Development and SRE mindset.

  • Exceptional systematic problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Track record of advanced diagnosis and troubleshooting to resolve complex problems.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience.

  • Preferred: Certification in Azure Administrator, Azure DevOps, or Azure Solutions Architect.
