Location – Budapest, Hungary. This is a 12-month fixed term contract position. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast paced, busy environment for a leading global provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries. The selected candidate will effectively coordinate the day to day administrative and facilities services of the office, main duty will be reception.

Overview of the role
- Effectively coordinate the day to day receptionist, administrative and facilities services in the office in compliance with departmental procedures in addition to general ICON procedures.
- Coordinate local use of the Facilities Online System, ensuring compliance with department metrics.
- Assist in sourcing and monitoring of suppliers, including ordering, stock control and distribution.
- Monitor and respond to requests submitted through Administration’s help-desk system, Facilities Online.
- Coordinate any building contract maintenance and repair including such services as heating, air conditioning, security systems, elevators, utilities and fire safety equipment (where applicable).
- Physical resource coordination, including space allocation for workstations, cellular offices and meeting rooms.
Role requirements
- Relevant experience in a Facilities/Receptionist related role, 1-2 years experience preferred.
- Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Should display initiative, flexibility, and confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact at all levels and across cultures
- Must be organized and able to prioritize tasks
- High School Diploma or local equivalent
