Co-ordinator, Facilities & Administration (Budapest, Hungary - 12 month FTC)

Location – Budapest, Hungary. This is a 12-month fixed term contract position. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast paced, busy environment for a leading global provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries. The selected candidate will effectively coordinate the day to day administrative and facilities services of the office, main duty will be reception.

Role requirements

• Relevant experience in a Facilities/Receptionist related role, 1-2 years experience preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Should display initiative, flexibility, and confidentiality
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact at all levels and across cultures
• Must be organized and able to prioritize tasks
• High School Diploma or local equivalent
