The role:

Title: Dietary Aide/Meal Attendant

Location: On-Site, San Antonio TX

Job Type: Part-Time


Summary: The Dietary Aide is integral in the execution of all meals of the clinical trial. They will have direct patient contact and is responsible for ensuring that all meal/snack activities are performed as outlined by protocol.
They will be responsible for performing the task(s) as per clinical trial, ICON Early Phase Services protocol SOPs, FDA, ICH, GCP and utilizing proper source documentation techniques.

You will need:
• Minimum of one year experience in clinical research or related fields is preferred.
• Strong Communication skills and demonstrates a high level of professionalism.
• Interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures including fire and evacuation plan.
• Flexible and available based on staffing requirements; weekends, holidays, and on call.
• Capable of handling multiple priorities in a high volume setting.
• Maintains current CPR Certifications.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP and FDA regulations.
