As a Diversity and Inclusion of Clinical Trials CTC you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.
What you will be doing:
Responsible for comprehensive diversity and inclusion in clinical trials project administration and management involving the preparing, collating, distributing, and archiving documents and maintaining systems driving diverse enrollment management. Supports the project management to ensure timely maintenance of tracking and reporting tools, as applicable.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Diversity Action Plan Management:
- Track (e.g. DAP status) and report (e.g. Diversity Goal Metrics)
- Ensure collation and distribution of DICT resources and
- Update clinical trial databases (CTMS) and DAP
- Assist with PowerPoint presentations as needed for DAP management
Document management:
- Prepare documents and correspondence (DICT Newsletter, Viva Engage)
- Manage the status and filing of DAPs and waivers in eTMF
- Obtain translations of documents and health literacy approvals
- Facilitate contractual agreements (i.e. Consultant Agreements, MCDAs)
Regulatory & Approvals of DICT Materials:
- Track and maintain the approval of DICT materials (DICT Toolkit, Community Engagement Documents approved by L&C)
Budgeting, Agreement and Payments:
- Collaborate with DPL to track and manage program DICT budgets
- Develop, negotiate, approve, and maintain contracts (e.g. CTRAs)
- Track and report contract negotiations
- Update and maintain contract templates (in cooperation with Legal Department)
- Calculate and execute payments (to investigators, vendors, grants)
- Ensure adherence to financial and compliance procedures
- Monitor and track budget adherence
- Maintain tracking tools
Meeting Planning:
- Organize meetings (create & track DAP memos/letters/protocols)
- Support local meetings (invitations, prepare materials, select venue, support vendor where applicable)
What you need to have:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent - Job training (office management, administration, finance, health care preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proficient in English (verbal and written) and excellent communication skills.
- Good understanding of Global, Country/Regional Clinical Research Guidelines and ability to work within these
- Knowledge of clinical trial execution and patient recruitment in clinical
- Good IT and data management skills (Use of MS office, use of some clinical IT applications on computer) and ability to adapt to new IT Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
- Effective time management, organizational and interpersonal skills, conflict management
- Effective communication with both internal stakeholders and external customers
- High sense of accountability / urgency. Ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks independently and simultaneously in a changing environment.
- Works effectively in a matrix multicultural Ability to establish and maintain culturally sensitive working relationships.
- Demonstrates commitment to Customer focus, both internally and externally.

Preferred/Desired:
Prior experience as a study coordinator or associate clinical research associate.
